Hi. I'm Alisha Lewis.
This blog exists to share the art and science of Aetheria — the wellness framework my husband Joe and I have been building together for years. Aetheria is a 27-frequency system rooted in mathematics, sound, and what bodies actually respond to. It lives across a suite of apps, a growing music library, the science book underneath it, and now this blog, which is where the framework gets explained, contextualized, and made approachable for anyone curious about how it works.
Our family mission is simple: Healing the world heART. The capitalization is deliberate. We believe heart-level healing and art are the same work — that what moves the body, calms the nervous system, restores coherence, and reaches the soul tends to arrive through creative form. Music. Mathematics with beauty in it. Frequency tuned with intention. Words that name what was wordless. We make all of it, and we share it because the world needs more of it.
